THE BASE PRICE IS NON-REFUNDABLE! For the remaining cost of the Mural based on the square footage of your wall, Once I began the Wall Mural Painting, Cancellation, refund is not an option, as I will at this point have put in a lot a preparation for your project to ensure it is perfect as well as paid for materials needed.
